Yes. Please contact us ASAP if you need to reschedule or cancel. If parts have already been ordered or delivery has been arranged, reasonable cost may apply.

For safety reasons, we may need to reschedule in heavy rain, snow, strong wind, poor lighting or unsafe working conditions.

What if you cannot complete the work?

If the work cannot be completed because of vehicle condition, incorrect parts, unsafe access, seized components, missing locking wheel nut or another issue outside our control, we will explain the situation and agree the next steps with you.
